Koala Living is a quality luxury furniture brand founded in Richmond Australia in 2007 and has grown the last 17 years. With that growth the team at Koala sought to overhaul their ERP system, e–commerce platform, and CRM. Linking Integrating was engaged to develop the front end of their new e–commerce platform.
Solution:
To address these issues, Linking Integrating collaborated with Koala Living’s technical and solution architects, as well as the program manager, to design and build the front end of the e–commerce platform. We provided consultancy on web technologies, e-commerce solutions, and UI/UX design. Working alongside their back-end team, who managed the ERP integration, we developed a modern, user-friendly platform.

Solution:
The solution developed by Linking Integrating is a user-friendly digital platform designed to streamline the allocation of support workers to clients within communities. This platform allows support workers to easily access client consent for sharing information and matches them with available support services based on the client’s needs. Leveraging Google Maps integration, the platform identifies the top support services within a specified radius, enabling efficient allocation of resources. By digitising this process, the platform reduces manual effort and ensures that clients receive timely and appropriate support services. Additionally, the platform offers scalability and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the client and their stakeholders over time.

Following a four-week consulting period, the decision was made to develop a custom Facebook application instead of utilising Salesforce due to cost considerations and specific functionalities required.

Monash University, Education Faculty had developed an innovative approach to train, evaluate and capture the understanding of Australian Money within the intellectually disabled community.
Solution:
Linking Integrating was awarded to build a digital platform in multiple stages, and built the solution in an iterative manner, while the Faculty got to special needs schools and gather data on the experience and usage of the platform.

Dialog Axiata is the most valuable brand in Sri Lanka. Dialog Axiata PLC, a subsidiary of Axiata Group Berhad (Axiata), operates Sri Lanka’s Leading Quad-Play Connectivity Provider.
Solution:
Linking Integrating customised in-house Community Platform solution, named “Ant Community Platfrom” to cater the needs of Dialog Telekom. We moved our cloud-based solution to an on-prem solution run on Dialog’s servers to cater the security requirements of the organisation.

Overview:
One of the G8 University’s Education Faculty engaged with Linking Integrating to implement a digital portal to automatically suggest the Student’s optimal placement into a choice of thousands of schools within 90min travel time on public and private transport.
Solution:
We tapped into a mapping solution for private commute and used Public transport data from the public transport authorities to calculate distance and time.
