The Need
NASCA are in a period of growth, recently moving from 15 staff to over 50. Working mostly in spreadsheets, NASCA needed to implement a central database, integrated to their finance system (Xero), to manage their supporters and programs. As well as improving operational efficiency and increasing revenue from fundraising, NASCA were looking for a reliable way to report on and improve the impact their organisation is making.
The Solution
After extensive discovery and process mapping the decision was made to progress in a staged approach, starting with fundraising and marketing. Salesforce was implemented with the Non Profit Success Pack, providing functionality to collect online, single and recurring, donations, run fundraising campaigns and communicate with supporters in their preferred channels.

Highlights
Integrating with all of their communication channels allows NASCA, for the first time, to see a whole picture of their supporters. When a NASCA staff member enters a supporter record they can immediately understand the relationship the supporter has with the organisation, using simple badges displayed at the top of a contact record.
Ongoing
Currently we are working on implementing a volunteer and staff recruitment process. This process will integrate with NASCAs existing people management system, Culture Amp, and facilitate a streamlined onboarding experience while adding to the newly developed IMPACT Data Set.
